Finally get a clear answer about your ADHD.

A comprehensive, clinically-validated assessment conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist, so you can stop guessing and start understanding yourself.

Why This Matters

Getting assessed for adult ADHD shouldn't be this hard.
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how the brain manages attention, impulse control, and activity levels. In adults, it often shows up as chronic disorganisation, missed deadlines, difficulty following through, emotional dysregulation, and a persistent sense of underperforming despite genuine effort. It is more common than most people realise, and more often missed than most people know.

You've spent years wondering why focus feels like a battle. Why deadlines slip no matter how hard you try. Why your brain works differently in meetings, relationships, and everyday life. You've probably Googled it a hundred times, and still don't have a real answer.
Most GP referrals lead to months on a waiting list at a public hospital. Private psychiatry consultations are expensive, and often don't include the standardised assessments you actually need.
There's a better path.
ThoughtFull's Adult ADHD Assessment gives you a proper clinical workup, the kind that produces a real diagnostic picture, not just a screening score.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official diagnosis?

The assessment produces a diagnostic impression prepared by a licensed clinical psychologist, based on standardised instruments and a structured clinical interview. It is not a psychiatric diagnosis (which falls under the scope of a psychiatrist under the Mental Health Act 2001). Where medication evaluation is indicated, we will include a referral recommendation in your report.

Can this assessment be used to support a workplace accommodation request?

Yes. If the assessment findings support it, your psychologist will issue a workplace accommodations letter outlining recommended adjustments, which you can share with your HR team or employer.

What if the assessment doesn't confirm ADHD?

A diagnostic rule-out is still clinically valuable. Your report will include differential diagnosis considerations and recommendations for next steps, giving you a clearer picture regardless of the outcome.

How long does the whole process take?

The assessment session is approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Your written report will be ready within 10 working days, followed by a 45-minute feedback session. Total time across both appointments: approximately 2.75 hours, spread across two visits.

Can the feedback session be done remotely?

Yes. The assessment itself takes place in person at our KL office, but the feedback session can be conducted via video call if that's more convenient for you.

I'm an HR manager. Can I arrange this for multiple employees?

Yes. Fill in the form and indicate that you're enquiring on behalf of an organisation. Our team will reach out to discuss group arrangements and how we can support your employees most effectively.

Is this assessment available for children or adolescents?

No, this package is for adults only (18 and above). Paediatric and adolescent ADHD assessments require a different clinical approach and are not currently offered through this pathway.
