We Are Looking For

HEAD OF MARKETING

Role

  • If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to have a ThoughtFullChat with you. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C) across digital and non-digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who’s built a team and scaled revenue via demand generation and marketing automation activities in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Responsibilities

  • Strategize and build a scalable marketing team to drive growth towards subsequent growth stages of ThoughtFull

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure we have the right campaigns, creatives, and tools to drive lead flow, sales cycle, and funnel ROI. 

  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively

  • Build and scale inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and content to grow organic or paid leads including a calendar of B2B campaigns and branding initiatives such as webinars, conferences, PR activities, podcasts, and thought leadership contributions

 

  • Lead the team to manage and enhance the organization’s social media presence

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, ASO (app store), email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirement

  • Proven working experience in building and leading marketing teams (minimum 5 years of relevant working experience)

 

  • Prior working experience in a startup, app-based or SAAS companies preferred

  • Built and scaled marketing teams to advance the growth of business 
     

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversion
     

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing app based marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
     

  • Good working knowledge of ad serving tools and analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads)
     

  • Understanding of web and/or app development and constraints would be an added advantage
     

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
     

  • Strong project management and analytical skills to drive end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives

HEAD OF ENGINEERING

Role

  • Contribute in architecting a scalable back and front end for the platform
     

  • Establish the foundation for best practices to ensure speed, stability & timeliness in engineering output
    Establish the right tools and workflows on both app and backend development to cater to long-term growth (in both team size and market)

     

  • Establish a workstream to ensure platform safety, security and privacy, in adherence to the highest standards of regulatory compliance
     

  • Build an engineering team capable of delivering on planned products & features 

  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve a culture of engineering excellence at ThoughtFull:
     

    • Continuous improvement on structured engineering workflows, from feature development and sprint practices to tech support and triaging of bugs
       

    • Define, track and report on key engineering metrics to ensure optimal performance of ThoughtFull product and services
       

    • Ensure ThoughtFull platforms adhere to regulatory requirements and safety, security & privacy best practices
       

    • Evaluate build vs buy options on related tools/services
      Participate in development and code reviews as necessary

       

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects at the highest quality level:
     

    • Work with Product, Business and Clinical/Ops teams to build/understand product roadmap, feature requirements, scope and cost, and offer Engineering input on complexity, timeline and resource estimations
       

  • Build a highly motivated engineering team:
     

    • Be the Lead, Guide and Mentor for engineering team members 
       

    • Define engineering career paths and provide learning opportunities to continuously upskill engineers
       

    • Identify a common set of hiring tests and interview questions for engineering
       

  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality

Requirement

  • Degree or Masters in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
     

  • 5 years of experience leading an Engineering team in mobile tech, health tech or SAAS based solutions
     

  • Familiarity with React Native and iOS/Android mobile engineering 
     

  • Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL
     

  • Familiarity with backend languages such as Elixir, Ruby, Python or Javascript 
     

  • Familiarity with common engineering tools & services, with the ability to learn other tools if required
     

  • Strong project management skills to ensure fair engineering estimations and timely delivery of features
     

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You are expected to pave the road in many of the engineering workflows.
     

  • Ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines in a dynamic environment, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get any job done
     

  • Experience in a mental health tech organization or a related field is an advantage, but not compulsory

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Role

  • Plan & manage the rollout at least 3 - 4 strategic new products that would cover new markets, stakeholders, and clients

  • Put in place comprehensive management and operational dashboard to keep track of OKRs

  • Identify and automate the operational process to improve efficiency by at least 50%

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Operations Officer in the daily operations of the business 
     

  • Lead product rollouts including process, timeline, and KPIs across client and markets
     

  • Identify potential operational challenges and risks and provide solutions
     

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to enable, support, and improve day-to-day business operations and processes to enhance operations 
     

  • Understand how SLAs impact the business and work with key stakeholders to refine them as business goals shift
     

  • Analyzing and summarizing data to build monthly reports for key company executives and/or business partners
     

  • Designs, reviews, understands and drive processes’ implementations. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).
     

  • Track daily operations, identify gaps in data reviews and report or resolve issues

Requirement

  • 3-5 years’ experience in technology consulting or operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures
     

  • High attention to detail
     

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytic tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
     

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
     

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     

  • Hands-on experience with Python would be a strong advantage

FULL STACK ENGINEER

Role

  • Build new capabilities for the ThoughtFull platform to enable seamless mental health care (from preventive to curative) leveraging

  • Build practical knowledge on platforms such as Phoenix Elixir, Docker, React Native while having opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into solutions

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs
     

  • Work with Product, Business and Clinical/Ops teams to build/understand product roadmap, feature requirements, scope build on complexity, timeline and resource estimations
     

  • Write testable, clean, efficient code that can be confidently released in production
     

  • Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency

Requirement

  • Degree or Masters in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
     

  • At least 3 years of experience developing for mobile tech, health tech, or SAAS based solutions
     

  • Advanced knowledge/proficiency in a few or one of the following front-end languages: React Native, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, C++, and JQuery.
     

  • Advance knowledge or proficiency in one or a few of the following back-end languages: Elixir, Python, Rails, and Ruby
     

  • Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL and SQL.
     

  • Familiarity with common engineering tools & services, with the ability to learn other tools if required
     

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
     

  • Ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
     

  • Experience in a mental health tech organization or a related field is an advantage, but not compulsory
