We Are Looking For
CHIEF X OFFICER
As the Malaysian Co-Founder/CXO based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be part of the core decision-making team who will take ownership of the growth and development of the Malaysian team - having a direct impact on how we bring innovative mental health solutions to the country. Such responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Strategising, growing and developing company strategy and operations in Malaysia
Overseeing all project activities and be one of the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders
Networking with various industry professionals and expanding beyond the Malaysian context where applicable/relevant
End-to-end client management for B2B & B2C clients, from sales, on-boarding, servicing to reporting
Designing and delivering content in the form of presentations, workshops, conferences, etc.
Participate in interviews (media or otherwise), public speaking and presentation opportunities
Improving operation processes for efficient and effective operations
Setting up Standard Operating Procedures
Recruitment, training and managing a dedicated Malaysian Team
At least 5 years of prior working experience post undergraduate degree preferred
Fluent in English, Malay (written/oral). Tertiary language preferred but not required
Able to work in Petaling Jaya and/or Kuala Lumpur area, with <5% travel to Singapore
