You can take our complimentary DASS mental health test and find out more information about this assessment on our website.
Our DASS test is based on the DASS-21, where participants will be presented with 21 self-report questionnaire items and will rate how applicable those statements are to their lives. Results will be divided into three categories, namely depression, anxiety, and stress, with more severe symptoms corresponding to higher numbers.
The DASS stress scale measures stress levels on a scoring system ranging from 0 to 34+. Results are grouped into five categories: Normal (0-14), Mild (15-18), Moderate (19-25), Severe (26-33), and Extremely Severe (34+), which is usually associated with the most intense stress responses.
While the DASS test solely focuses on individuals’ emotional states in three domains (depression, anxiety, and stress), OMWA conducts more holistic evaluations, taking into account every person’s emotional resiliency, identifying specific stressors, and tracking energy levels across teams.
When comparing the two tests, OMWA’s results provide organisations with a broader and more detailed picture of the overall company wellbeing, guiding strategic and impactful interventions.
OMWA evaluates five key metrics: emotional resilience, composure, sustainable engagement, psychological safety, and absenteeism/productivity loss. These dimensions are assessed using clinically validated tools to ensure accuracy and relevance.
The assessment takes less than 7 minutes to complete and is accessible via the ThoughtFull app. It’s designed to be quick, anonymous, and user-friendly, encouraging high participation and genuine answers from the heart, without disrupting daily workflows.
All responses are anonymised and aggregated. Individual data is never shared with employers, ensuring psychological safety and encouraging honest participation.
OMWA complements existing wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programs by helping you prioritise, personalise, and measure them more effectively. It provides a clinical foundation and a continuous improvement loop to enhance your ongoing efforts.
OMWA is part of a four-stage process: Measure, Analyse, Intervene, Evaluate. After the initial assessment, we work with you to implement targeted interventions and then reassess progress to ensure meaningful, lasting outcomes.
