Waiver for ThoughtFullChat

While we are committed to complying with the normal obligations of confidentiality to ensure the security and confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us, kindly note that the above-mentioned confidentiality obligation does not apply in the event of crisis, if a human life is endangered or summoned by official authorities.

(1) CONFIDENTIALITY:  ThoughtFull Hub PLT will treat all information deemed sensitive by the User with full confidentiality. The information in this document is the property of ThoughtFull Hub PLT and is to be held strictly in confidence by the recipient. Confidentiality clause will not be in effect in times of crisis or if a life is in danger & disclosure of any information herein may be made to relevant officials/parties only on a need-to-know basis if necessary.

ThoughtFull Hub PLT will not have any access to the information created in the private chat room between ThoughtFull Professional & User.
 
(2) INDEMNITY:  ThoughtFull Hub PLT and its representatives will endeavor to take reasonable care to ensure the safety and health during the course of events. ThoughtFull Hub PLT and its representatives are indemnified in respect of any injuries, mishaps, death, loss of property, costs and expenses that may incur or occurred by Users and its representatives during the course of the program.
